What AFM products does K-TEK offer?

We offer AFM probes and test structures.

We know that bad tips results in frustration and inaccurate research results. Our consistently sharp tips have been engineered to save you from the annoyance of poorly made chips.

Our test structures are perfect for system calibrations.

Your products come in chips, what does that mean?

Chips are a simple block of Silicon to which the cantilever is connected. For some of our products more than one cantilever is connected, view product specifications for more information.

I do not have a NT-MDT AFM, will your probes work for my AFM?

K-TEK probes are compatible with all major AFM/SPM systems, though some systems may need our probes to be mounted before use.

We do not sell pre-mounted probes, generally the manufacturer of the system can give you instructions on mounting. We recommend doing so as it will open you to more possibilities for tip use.
